Outpatient Counseling

We offer individual, family and group therapy.  During the initial visit the clinician will complete an assessment, identify treatment options and make a plan for your future appointments.

Trauma-Focused Therapies

We offer EMDR, ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), and TF-CBT which are evidence-based approaches that help individuals, children, and adolescents process trauma, build coping skills, and move toward healing.
