We offer individual, family and group therapy.  During the initial visit the clinician will complete an assessment, identify treatment options and make a plan for your future appointments.

EMDR utilizes eye movements and/or tapping to allow the brain to resolve unprocessed traumatic memories in order to gain new insights and healthier perspectives.

We provide mental health interventions to address symptoms, behaviors, and environmental support. The focus for services is in a community based setting.

Substance Use Treatment addresses issues for those diagnosed with substance use disorders to work towards establishing a healthy lifestyle.

Appointments available for video based teletherapy where you can meet from the comfort of your home with a clinician in our office.

TF-CBT is an evidence-based treatment for children and adolescents that utilizes interventions and techniques to lessen significant emotional problems related to traumatic life events.

Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Treatment

Diagnostic Assessment is your initial appointment which includes Informed Consent, your signature on any needed Releases of Information and 1-2 hours of obtaining information about you including your past treatment history, any medical concerns you have/medications, education/work information, symptoms, and goals for treatment. 

 

Case Manager/Therapeutic Behavior Specialist provides therapeutic behavior and case management services in the community. 

 

Chemical Dependency Certified Applicant (CDCA)/Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC) are specific training and skills obtained through the state of Ohio for treatment of substance use disorders. 

 

EMDR Trained Licensed individuals have completed required training and consultation calls to perform EMDR techniques. An EMDR Certified professional has completed the requirements per EMDRIA to become certified in EMDR. 

 

Licensed Social Worker/Licensed Independent Social Worker are bachelor’s and master’s level graduates with degrees in social work in social service systems. They provide connection to the community and perform psychosocial interventions including psychotherapy while removing social barriers, connecting clients with social systems. 

 

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Professional Counselor (PC) or Clinical Mental Health Counselors (CMHC) have a masters degree in counseling and provide specialized treatment services for all mental health disorders. They diagnose and assess, develop treatment planning goals, and work from a strength-based viewpoint. LPCs provide a wide range of services and specialties, are advocates for their clients, and are well-trained to specifically provide counseling services. 

 

Psychiatrists evaluate and assess needs for medication and prescribes psychotropic medication. A Psychologist has a doctorate in psychology and provides therapeutic psychotherapy services. May use assessments and tests to evaluate and complete treatment. 

 

Telehealth/Teletherapy are services that are provided via video or phone platforms. 


Treatment Plan is an Individual Services Plan that creates goals for treatment to reduce symptoms you are experiencing while adding abilities to manage, decrease, and/or resolve mental health issues.
